Hand-Carved Wooden Nativity Sets & Figures

Every piece on this page is carved from wood by hand, with no resin and no casting. The figures come from the Val Gardena woodcarving studios of Original Heide, Pema, ULPE and Rowi, each hand-painted and selected by Navidad Nativities in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, the atelier whose work is in the Glencairn Museum's permanent collection.

Start with a Holy Family at the scale you want (most lines run 9 to 20 cm; the largest pieces go to 110 cm), then add kings, shepherds, animals and a stable from the same line so the proportions stay true. Wooden nativity sets are carved to order for most lines; we confirm availability with the studio before any payment is taken.
