Woman with Apron, floral headscarf

The Woman with Apron is a finely hand-carved wooden figure from Original Heide, a family woodcarving workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. This figure represents a villager or woman from a traditional nativity scene, crafted with attention to detail and expression. The figure is carved from wood, posed on a wire armature, and dressed in carefully hardened fabrics that give a lifelike texture and drape to her clothing.

Her attire includes a headscarf with floral details, a blue vest, a yellow blouse, a pink skirt, and a blue apron, all rendered in soft, muted colors. The figure stands on a round wooden base, with a naturalistic pose that suggests movement or gesture. Available in sizes ranging from 12 to 40 cm, this artisan nativity figure is suitable for indoor nativity sets and complements traditional and rustic nativity scenes. Navidad Nativities selects and imports these figures, ensuring authentic craftsmanship and quality.
