Boy with Calf is a hand-carved wooden figure from the Heide Rustika collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, Italy. It features a boy kneeling beside a calf, crafted with hand-painted details and draped in hardened fabric clothing.

Boy with Calf represents a young boy gently holding a calf, capturing a tender moment within a traditional nativity village scene. This figure is part of the Heide Rustika collection by Original Heide, known for its hand-carved wooden nativity figures from Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. Each figure is carved from maple and lime wood, posed on wire armatures, and dressed in hardened fabric for realistic texture and movement.

The boy wears a fabric shirt and vest with painted facial features and hair, while the calf is finely detailed with a naturalistic pose and finish. Available in multiple sizes ranging from 12 to 40 cm, this figure complements large and small nativity sets alike. Navidad Nativities carefully selects and imports these heirloom-quality figures for collectors and nativity enthusiasts.
