The Serenity Creche

Inspired by the museums of Val Gardena, Italy, The Serenity Creche by Navidad Nativities uses only the beauty of natural wood to express the glory of the birth of the Savior in this unique interpretation.  Set on a rocky windswept outcropping, hand-carved of spalted maple wood, the elegantly carved alpine maple figures of the Rainell Collection by PEMA Woodcarvings find the calm peace of Christmas nestled in the shadow beneath a shelter made of Mopani hardwood.

This Nativity is on display in the World Nativities Exhibition at Glencairn Museum in Bryn Athyn, PA from November 29, 2024 – January 26, 2025.  Variations are available for pre-order for 2025.  Due to differences in the wood used for the base and shelter, each variation will be unique.  We can also customize the assortment of figures.  Contact us for more information https://navidadnativities.com/contact/.
