This figure set depicts the Visitation of the Virgin Mary and Elizabeth from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide. Crafted in hand-carved wood with detailed hardened fabric drapery, it reflects the workshop's traditional Val Gardena craftsmanship.

The Visitation of the Virgin Mary & Elizabeth is a finely hand-carved wooden nativity figure set from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, Italy. These figures represent the biblical meeting between Mary and Elizabeth, both posed expressively with raised hands and detailed facial expressions.

Each figure is carved from wood, posed on wire armatures, and draped in carefully hardened fabrics that simulate authentic clothing textures and folds. The figures are hand-painted with naturalistic colors, including Mary's green and brown garments and Elizabeth's red and blue attire, enhancing their lifelike presence. Sizes range from 10 to 40 cm, suitable for indoor nativity scenes.

Original Heide is renowned for its heirloom-quality, traditional nativity figures, and this set exemplifies their artisan woodcarving and finishing techniques. Navidad Nativities imports and selects these pieces, ensuring collectors receive authentic Italian nativity art with rich cultural heritage.
