The Seated Priest figure from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide depicts a seated religious figure in detailed traditional attire. It is hand-carved in wood and dressed in hardened fabrics.

This Seated Priest figure represents a religious leader seated on a wooden stool, holding a scroll and raising one hand in a gesture of blessing or teaching. It is part of the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, a family woodcarving workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy, renowned for hand-carving nativity figures in maple and lime wood.

The figure is carved on a wire armature allowing natural poses and is draped in carefully hardened fabric clothing, which adds texture and realism. The hand-painted finish highlights facial features and garment details, including a richly decorated headdress and layered robes. Sizes range from 10 to 40 cm, fitting well within traditional nativity scenes or larger nativity displays.

Crafted for indoor use, this wooden nativity figure reflects the heritage of Italian nativity sets and is curated by Navidad Nativities, a respected retailer known for authentic handcrafted nativity art.
