Priest on Donkey is a hand-carved wooden figure from Original Heide's Heide Immanuel collection, featuring detailed carving and fabric draping on wire armatures.

This Priest on Donkey figure represents a traditional nativity character, carved by the Original Heide family workshop in Val Gardena, Italy. It is part of the Heide Immanuel collection, known for its hand-carved wooden nativity figures posed on wire armatures and dressed in hardened fabrics. The figure depicts a priest riding a donkey, capturing a moment of movement and reverence within the nativity story.

Crafted from maple and lime wood, the figure is hand-painted with fine detailing, including the priest's garments and the donkey's textured coat. The use of fabric for clothing adds realism and depth to the figure, enhancing its visual appeal. Available in multiple sizes ranging from 10 cm to 40 cm, this collectible nativity figure suits various indoor nativity scenes and sets.

Selected and shipped by Navidad Nativities, this piece reflects the workshop's heritage and craftsmanship, making it a cherished addition for collectors and those seeking an authentic Italian nativity scene element.
