Old Man is a hand-carved wooden figure from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, known for its detailed craftsmanship and traditional Val Gardena style with hardened fabric clothing.

The Old Man figure represents a traditional villager, crafted by the Original Heide workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. This artisan nativity figure is hand-carved from maple and lime wood, then hand-painted to bring out detailed facial features and expressions. The figure is posed on a wire armature, allowing for naturalistic posture and movement.

Clothed in layered, hardened fabrics, the Old Man wears a long robe with a belt and a head covering, all rendered in muted earth tones that reflect traditional nativity attire. This figure is part of the Heide Immanuel collection, which features wooden nativity figures ranging in size from 10 to 40 cm. Each piece is designed for indoor nativity scenes and is selected and shipped by Navidad Nativities, a respected retailer with deep roots in nativity craftsmanship.
