King on Horse is a hand-carved wooden figure from Original Heide’s Traditional Nativity Sets & Figures collection. It features a king mounted on a horse, posed on wire armatures and draped in detailed hardened fabrics.

This King on Horse figure represents one of the Three Kings or Wise Men from the nativity story, crafted by the Original Heide workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. The figure is hand-carved from wood and posed on a wire armature, allowing for lifelike positioning. It is dressed in richly textured and hardened fabrics, including a blue cloak with gold trim and a turban, enhancing its regal appearance.

Original Heide is renowned for its traditional craftsmanship, using maple and lime wood and hand-painting each piece with care. The horse is also finely carved and painted, complementing the king’s detailed attire. This figure is part of a larger collection of hand-carved wooden nativity figures, available in various sizes ranging from 10 cm to 75 cm, suitable for indoor nativity displays. Navidad Nativities selects and ships these figures, ensuring authentic artisan quality.
