The Dark Wooly Sheep Grazing is a finely hand-carved wooden figure from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, a renowned family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol. This figure depicts a sheep in a grazing pose, distinguished by its dark, woolly coat crafted from hardened fabric draped over a wire armature, a signature technique of the Original Heide studio. The body is carved from wood, with detailed hand-painting that enhances the naturalistic appearance of the animal.

Designed for indoor nativity scenes, this sheep figure complements traditional and rustic nativity sets. It is offered in various sizes ranging from 10 cm to 40 cm, making it versatile for different display scales. The craftsmanship reflects the heritage of Italian nativity artistry, combining hand-carving and fabric draping to create a lifelike collectible nativity animal figure. Navidad Nativities selects and ships each piece, ensuring quality and authenticity.
