This Condemnation of Jesus scene from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide depicts the biblical moment of Jesus' sentencing. The figures are hand-carved wood, posed on wire armatures, and dressed in hardened fabrics.

The Condemnation of Jesus is a detailed nativity scene figure group from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. The figures are hand-carved from wood, posed on wire armatures for lifelike gestures, and draped in carefully hardened fabric clothing. This craftsmanship creates a realistic and expressive portrayal of the biblical event.

Each figure is hand-painted and carved in maple and lime wood, reflecting the traditional techniques of the Original Heide studio. The scene includes multiple characters in period-appropriate robes and sandals, with one figure wearing a crown of thorns to represent Jesus. Sizes range from 10 cm to 30 cm, suitable for indoor nativity displays. Navidad Nativities selects and imports these heirloom-quality figures, recognized for their artistic detail and cultural heritage.
