Barabbas is a hand-carved wooden figure from the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena. The figure features detailed carving and is draped in hardened fabric clothing.

Barabbas is a finely crafted wooden figure representing the biblical character known for his role in the Passion narrative. This figure is part of the Heide Immanuel collection by Original Heide, a renowned family woodcarving workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. Each figure in this collection is hand-carved from maple and lime wood, posed on wire armatures, and dressed in carefully hardened fabric garments for a lifelike appearance.

The Barabbas figure stands on a wooden base, with expressive hand-painted details that bring the character's somber expression to life. The use of natural wood and fabric gives the figure a traditional, heirloom quality, suitable for collectors and nativity scene enthusiasts. Available in multiple sizes ranging from 10 to 30 cm, this figure complements indoor nativity sets and adds depth to Passion or biblical displays.
