The Annunciation Angel is a hand-carved wooden figure from Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, Italy. It features finely painted details and fabric drapery over a wire armature.

This Annunciation Angel figure represents the angel Gabriel announcing to Mary, a classic nativity subject. It is crafted by Original Heide, a renowned family woodcarving workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy, known for its hand-carved maple and lime wood figures. The figure is posed on a wire armature, allowing naturalistic positioning, and is draped in hardened fabrics that simulate real clothing textures.

The angel's delicate features are hand-painted with subtle colors, including soft blue and gold garments that enhance its ethereal presence. Available in sizes ranging from 10 to 30 cm, this artisan nativity figure fits well within traditional and large nativity sets. It is designed for indoor display and selected by Navidad Nativities, a trusted retailer with a rich heritage in nativity craftsmanship.
