It is extremely important that you notify us IMMEDIATELY if anything in your shipment is damaged so that we can submit a claim as soon as possible AND replace the damaged piece(s) in your order.  We ask that you photograph the shipping box as well as the damaged item as well.  Contact us at 267.884.3108 no later than FIVE DAYS after receipt of the item(s).
