This figure pair from ULPE Wood Art's Ulrich Comet collection depicts a standing camel and its driver, hand-carved in wood with finely painted details. It is part of a small-scale nativity animal set from Val Gardena, Italy.

The Standing Camel Group 3-piece figure set is a hand-carved wooden nativity representation from ULPE Wood Art's Ulrich Comet line, known for its detailed craftsmanship and traditional Val Gardena carving techniques. The camel is shown standing with a saddle and load, while the driver is dressed in robes and holds the camel's reins. Both figures are finished with smooth paintwork highlighting natural tones and subtle shading.

Offered in sizes ranging from 10 to 16 cm, this pair fits well with other small nativity sets and figures from the Ulrich Comet collection, which focuses on nativity animals and supporting characters. The figures are designed for indoor nativity scenes and embody the minimalist yet realistic style characteristic of this Italian artisan workshop. Navidad Nativities, a respected US retailer known for curating fine hand-carved wooden nativity figures, supplies this piece.
