Crafted by Pema Woodcarvings in Val Gardena, Italy, this figure is hand-carved from wood and meticulously hand-painted to highlight delicate facial features and traditional clothing. The shepherdess carries a basket of fruit, while the girl reaches up to her, symbolizing care and companionship.
