This figure depicts a shepherd holding a lamb, part of the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide. It is hand-carved from wood and dressed in detailed fabric clothing.

The Shepherd with lamb in his arms is a finely crafted wooden nativity figure from the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, Italy. This figure represents a shepherd tenderly holding a lamb, a classic nativity scene character symbolizing care and humility.

Each figure in this collection is hand-carved from maple and lime wood, posed on wire armatures for natural posture, and dressed in hardened fabric garments that add texture and realism. The shepherd wears a brown vest, green corduroy pants, and a wool-like cloak draped over his shoulders, enhancing the traditional look. The figure is available in sizes ranging from 12 to 20 cm tall, suitable for indoor nativity displays.

As part of Navidad Nativities' curated selection, this artisan figure combines traditional craftsmanship with detailed hand-painting, making it a collectible piece for nativity enthusiasts and collectors of hand-carved wooden nativity figures.
