This Sitting Shepherd Pointing figure is part of the Pema Kostner collection by Pema Woodcarvings, known for hand-carved and hand-painted wooden nativity figures from Val Gardena, Italy.

The Sitting Shepherd Pointing is a finely hand-carved wooden nativity figure from the Pema Kostner line by Pema Woodcarvings, crafted in Val Gardena, Italy. This figure depicts a seated shepherd in rustic attire, including a patched brown trouser, a red jacket, and a hat, holding a staff and pointing with his right hand. It is hand-painted with careful attention to detail, bringing the character to life with naturalistic colors and expressions.

Offered in sizes ranging from 9.5 cm to 16 cm, this figure fits well within small to medium nativity sets, complementing other shepherd and villager figures. The Pema Kostner collection is celebrated for its traditional style and quality craftsmanship, making it a cherished addition to indoor nativity scenes. Navidad Nativities selects and ships these authentic Italian figures, ensuring collectors receive heirloom-quality wooden nativity figures.
