This reclining sheep figure from the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide features lifelike gestures and is hand-carved in wood with detailed wool fabric. It complements traditional nativity scenes with its naturalistic style.

The Sheep reclining with wool beige is a finely hand-carved wooden figure from Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. Created from mountain maple or lime wood, this figure is posed on a wire armature and draped in hardened beige wool fabric to simulate natural fleece. It is hand-painted and textured by master artisans to capture lifelike detail and expression.

Part of the Heide Hannah collection, this sheep is designed to accompany nativity scenes and traditional nativity sets, especially those featuring the Hannah line of dressed figures. The figure is available in sizes ranging from 12 to 20 cm, suitable for indoor nativity displays. Navidad Nativities carefully selects and imports each piece, ensuring authentic craftsmanship and heritage.
