This ram figure from the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide depicts a lifelike sheep with brown wool. It is hand-carved in wood and dressed in textured fabric, showcasing expert craftsmanship from Val Gardena, Italy.

The Ram with wool brown is a finely detailed wooden animal figure from the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol. Carved entirely from mountain maple, this figure is posed on a wire armature and draped in hardened, curly brown fabric to represent the wool, lending a realistic texture and vibrant appearance.

Hand-painted by master artisans, the ram captures naturalistic gestures and expressions, making it a collectible piece suitable for traditional nativity scenes. Offered in sizes from 12 to 20 cm, it pairs beautifully with the other dressed animals and figures in the Original Heide nativity sets. This indoor figure is part of a heritage line known for heirloom-quality wooden nativity figures, selected and shipped by Navidad Nativities, a trusted US retailer.
