This Ram with wool black figure is part of the Original Heide collection, known for its hand-carved wooden nativity figures from Val Gardena, Italy. It features lifelike gestures, hand-painted details, and textured fabrics.

The Ram with wool black is a finely crafted wooden nativity animal figure from the Original Heide studio, a family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol. This figure is carved entirely from mountain maple wood, posed on a wire armature, and draped in hardened black fabric to simulate wool. The ram's face and legs are hand-painted with naturalistic detail, capturing a lifelike expression and stance.

Original Heide figures are known for their vibrant fabrics and detailed accessories, making them collectible heirloom nativity figures. This ram pairs well with the Heide Hannah collection and other traditional nativity sets. Available in sizes ranging from 12 to 20 cm, it is designed for indoor nativity scenes and adds authenticity to any Christmas display.

Selected and shipped by Navidad Nativities, this figure reflects the artisanal woodcarving heritage of the Val Gardena region, combining traditional craftsmanship with artistic detail.
