The Old man with wood figure is part of the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, Italy, known for its hand-carved wooden nativity figures. This figure is carved from wood, posed on a wire armature, and dressed in carefully hardened fabrics that add realistic texture and detail.

The figure portrays an elderly villager holding a bundle of wood in one hand and a walking stick in the other, wearing a green jacket, brown pants, and a hat. The hand-painted face and beard add character and warmth, reflecting the traditional nativity scene villagers and shepherds. Available in sizes from 12 to 20 cm, this collectible nativity figure is an indoor piece ideal for traditional Christmas nativity sets.
