This Horse with saddle figure is part of the Original Heide studio's lifelike nativity animals, carved in wood and dressed in vibrant fabrics. It complements the Heide Hannah collection with detailed accessories.

The Horse with saddle is a finely hand-carved wooden figure from Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. Crafted from mountain maple, this figure captures naturalistic gestures with masterful detail. The horse is posed on a wire armature and draped in richly textured, hardened fabrics, including a red saddle cloth with gold trim and tassels, enhancing its lifelike presence.

Original Heide figures are hand-finished and hand-painted by artisans, emphasizing traditional craftsmanship. This horse figure is available in sizes ranging from 12 to 20 cm, fitting well within indoor nativity scenes and sets. It pairs beautifully with the Heide Hannah collection and other traditional nativity sets, offering collectors and enthusiasts a unique and authentic wooden nativity animal.
