The Herdsman with lamb is a hand-carved wooden figure from the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide. It features a shepherd holding a lamb, dressed in finely detailed hardened fabric garments.

This figure represents a shepherd, a traditional character in nativity scenes, holding a lamb in his arms. Crafted by Original Heide, a family workshop in Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy, it is hand-carved from maple and lime wood. The figure is posed on a wire armature, allowing natural positioning, and dressed in carefully hardened fabrics that add texture and realism to the clothing.

The Herdsman with lamb is part of the Heide Hannah collection, known for its small nativity figures ranging from 12 to 20 cm in height. The figure's delicate hand-painted features and naturalistic pose make it a collectible wooden nativity figure suitable for indoor nativity sets. Navidad Nativities, a respected retailer with a rich heritage in nativity design and curation, selects and ships these figures to ensure quality and authenticity.
