The Hen Grazing is a hand-carved and hand-painted wooden figure from the Pema Rainell collection by Pema Woodcarvings of Val Gardena, Italy. It represents a grazing hen with detailed naturalistic features.

This Hen Grazing figure is part of the Pema Rainell line, known for its finely hand-carved wooden nativity figures crafted in Val Gardena, Italy. The figure captures the natural posture of a hen grazing, with careful attention to the texture of feathers and realistic coloring applied by hand-painting. It is carved from wood and finished with traditional painting techniques that highlight the delicate details.

The figure is available in sizes ranging from 9 cm to 15 cm, suitable for inclusion in nativity scenes and traditional Christmas displays. As with all Pema Woodcarvings, this piece is selected and shipped through the Navidad Nativities workshop, ensuring quality and authenticity. This wooden animal figure complements nativity sets by adding life and charm to the stable environment.
