This Group of Dark Lambs represents hand-carved wooden nativity animals from the Pema Kostner collection by Pema Woodcarvings, Val Gardena, Italy. The figures are hand-painted with dark wool texture and naturalistic coloring.

The Group of Dark Lambs is part of the Pema Kostner line, known for its finely hand-carved and hand-painted wooden nativity figures crafted in Val Gardena, Italy. These lambs feature a dark, textured wool effect with contrasting lighter legs and faces, capturing a naturalistic and traditional look suitable for nativity scenes.

Each figure is carved from wood and carefully painted by artisans, reflecting the rich heritage of Italian nativity craftsmanship. The figures are sized between 9.5 and 16 cm, making them ideal for small to medium indoor nativity displays. This set complements other nativity animals and figures from the Pema Kostner collection, prized for their quality and detail.

Available through Navidad Nativities, a respected US retailer known for curating authentic European nativity art, these lambs bring a charming and traditional element to nativity scenes and collections.
