The Footman is part of the entourage of the Magi in the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide, featuring hand-carved wooden figures dressed in vibrant fabrics.

The Footman figure represents one of the attendants who traveled with the Magi in search of the Christ Child. This figure is part of the Heide Hannah collection by Original Heide, a family woodcarving workshop from Val Gardena, South Tyrol, Italy. Each figure is hand-carved from maple and lime wood, posed on a wire armature, and dressed in detailed, vibrant fabrics hardened for durability.

Standing 12 cm tall, the Footman carries a decorative item on a blue cushion, wearing a white robe with gold trim, a red vest, and a patterned turban. The craftsmanship highlights the traditional carving and painting techniques of the Original Heide studio, making this an heirloom-quality wooden nativity figure. This figure pairs well with other pieces in the Heide Hannah collection and is suitable for indoor nativity displays.
