Pippo Giovane works are an expression of his love of drapery and working in pure terra cotta in his workshop in Caltgirone, Sicily. No two figures are exactly alike. This nativity is part of Michael Stumpf’s private collection, a piece he created as a Christmas gift for his wife Shurley.
